To All Visitors of the Signature Pavilion Better Co-Being
Please review the following guidelines to ensure a safe and pleasant visit to our pavilion.
Important Notices for Visitors
- Please note that the pavilion operates on a reservation basis. If there are available slots, same-day reservations are also possible. Please make a reservation before visiting.
- Our pavilion does not have a roof or walls, so the following measures may be implemented in case of bad weather:
- If there is a risk of lightning or severe weather, some areas may be closed, or the entire pavilion may be temporarily closed.
- Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you even if you have a reservation.
- The pavilion does not have air conditioning. Especially during the summer, we recommend the following measures to prevent heatstroke:
- Stay hydrated by drinking water frequently.
- Use hats or parasols.
- Wear cool clothing.
- Although there are mist and artificial rain effects, please take adequate measures to protect yourself from the heat.
- There are stairs in the pavilion. If you use a wheelchair, please inform our staff, and we will guide you to an alternative route. We also provide support for those using strollers if needed.
Exhibition Experience
- As the pavilion is outdoors, please bring an umbrella or raincoat in case of rain. While umbrellas are allowed, we recommend raincoats due to the use of smartphones and experience devices.
- Please note that your clothes, belongings, and skin may get wet due to rain or mist effects.
- The pavilion experience is supported by the web app "Better Co-Being App" and the special device Wonder Stone "echorb."
- Access the "Better Co-Being App" from your smartphone and log in with your Expo ID or create a guest account. Registering in advance will make the check-in process smoother. App URL: https://expo2025.machiapps.com/lp/en/
- There are effects where artificial rain falls based on visitor actions, and rainbows appear on sunny days. However, please note that rainbows may not be visible depending on the weather and time of day.
